Great property!! A friend & I stayed for 4 nights & loved it. The floorplan is well-designed & spacious. It’s easy to relax and get comfortable on both sets of couches, in the living space & on the patio. The view, even with all the foliages in August, was fabulous! We saw a fawn walking around the property one morning. We loved the location as it was an easy drive into downtown Asheville & back. Great communication & response times from the owner & property manager! I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

This little house was perfect for a girls weekend. The back deck is magical, and the view is fantastic. Be warned that the driveway is a little bumpy and steep, but it didn’t deter us. The location is perfect for jumping off to Asheville, Black Mountain, or even Mount Pisgah. The house was spotless. The Internet was a little sketchy, but I believe that that was a service provider issue and not the owner’s. Highly recommend this for a small group.

Beautiful views. Very quiet and serene! About 25 minutes from Asheville and last bit is a fairly tricky gravel road. Overall house is nice though certainly heavily used. We had a couple funny little issues like no knobs on the lamps but Bruce was super responsive and helped send new ones.

The perfect weekend get away. You can go hang out in Asheville or hang at the house. Great area for grilling and just an all around beautiful house to be entertained in!

This is a very cute home with beautiful views in a good location. Home is about 25 minutes from Downtown Asheville. Communication was good. If you are in town for a few days is great. I would not recommend for long stays. It has no storage options for clothes in the master. ( no hanging rods) or dresser. So if you are ok with living out of a suitcase then you are ok. Deck is great, but surroundings look like it hasn’t seen lawn maintenance in a while. With children wanting to play outside it was problematic.
