Banjoe Vacations invites you to The Lake Ridge Retreat!

This fully stocked, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, private home is your launching pad for everything the area has to offer. This newly renovated getaway is just 15 minutes from downtown. Over the ridge in the other direction is Mount Pisgah, and the Bent Creek Mountain bike area. There is plenty of space to spread out, with two separate living rooms, both with large comfy couches and TVs and plenty of games (including a shuffleboard table!).

The Master bedroom is on the main level with an en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom and bathroom on that level and the upper level has 2 full-sized beds, a sofa bed, and an additional bathroom. On the lower level is the game room, stocked with a variety of entertaining games, a 65" television, a card table, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table. This area boasts a large sectional sofa, perfect for lounging.

Outside, the serene views from the covered front porch offer a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Surrounded by nature, you will feel like you are miles from civilization.

Our house is in Candler, NC which is a small community just to the west of Asheville, close to the ridge that climbs up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mount Pisgah.

Guests have access to the entire house and property.

We are situated at the end of Lake Ridge Road, overlooking our end of the valley.

Bruce's house was beautiful and in a very peaceful area. He was quick to respond to questions about wifi. He even had sand for the shuffleboard delivered to the door the next day. Great location - 10-20 minutes to Downtown, RAD, The Biltmore and the Blueridge Pkwy. Thank you Bruce!!!

Loved the way this place was decorated! Lots of games my kids could entertain themselves with…even had a karaoke machine! Places we visited in Asheville were only 15-20 min away. A lovely hideaway treasure of a place! Host communicated very well and quickly. Highly recommend this place

This place was perfect for a fun baseball weekend with friends. The setup allowed for the families to spread out and have their own space and bathroom. The basement was perfect for the kids and adults to play and have a great time. The front porch was my person favorite… rocking in the rocking chair with a cup of coffee in the morning! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook at home. We asked Bruce if there was a grill at the rental and he said no but he went out of his way to purchase one and bring to the rental so we could grill out. Bruce was quick to respond and was very friendly. I highly recommend this place to friends and family wanting to enjoy the Asheville area. It was very convenient and close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Asheville.
